We're looking for a creative and data-savvy Social Media Manager to lead content strategy and community management for a diverse portfolio of client brands. You'll own the full social lifecycle — from ideation and content calendars to publishing, community engagement, and monthly performance reporting.
This role is equal parts creative and analytical. You love building brand voice, obsess over engagement metrics, and you stay ahead of platform trends before they become mainstream. You'll collaborate closely with our design team and account managers to deliver content that drives real business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X for multiple client accounts.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that align with each brand's voice and business goals.
- Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep content timely and competitive.
- Manage community interactions — responding to comments, DMs, and building genuine audience relationships.
- Collaborate with the design and video team to brief and review creative assets.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports with insights, learnings, and growth recommendations.
- Run and optimise basic paid social boosts in coordination with the performance team.
- Pitch new content formats, campaign ideas, and platform strategies in weekly team reviews.
Must have
- 2–4 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably agency-side.
- Strong written English and proficiency in Hindi communication.
- Deep working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling tools like Buffer or Later.
- Proven track record of growing engagement and follower counts organically.
- Comfort using analytics dashboards to back up creative decisions.
- Ability to juggle multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva or basic Adobe tools for quick edits.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and UGC strategies.
- Background in D2C, e-commerce, or startup brands.
- Basic understanding of SEO and how it ties into content strategy.

We're on the lookout for a motivated Junior Web Developer to join our growing development team. You'll work on real client projects from day one — building landing pages, WordPress websites, and custom UI components that are fast, responsive, and designed to convert visitors into customers.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their development career who wants to grow quickly in a practical, agency environment. You'll receive mentorship from senior developers, work across a variety of industries, and build a portfolio that genuinely reflects the quality of your work.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress/Elementor.
- Translate Figma and design mockups into pixel-accurate, performance-optimised web experiences.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual fidelity and a seamless development handoff.
- Optimise website performance — Core Web Vitals, image compression, caching, and load speed.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure quality across all environments.
- Assist in managing client WordPress dashboards, plugins, and basic on-page SEO implementations.
- Support senior developers on larger builds involving React or custom WordPress themes.
- Participate in code reviews, sprints, and daily stand-ups as part of the dev team workflow.
Must have
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with WordPress — themes, plugins, Elementor or Gutenberg.
- Working knowledge of responsive design and CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
- Comfort reading and understanding design files in Figma.
- Basic Git/GitHub workflow — commits, branches, pull requests.
- Attention to detail and a genuine eye for clean, polished UI.
